CEO Hussain Sajwani and the Luxury Properties of DAMAC

Hussain Sajwani is the founder, chairman and chief executive officer of one of the Middle East’s premier luxury real estate developers, DAMAC Properties.

In 2002, Hussain Sajwani launched DAMAC Properties and ever since then, it has continuously delivered well over 20,200 luxurious residential properties across the United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Lebanon, Jordan, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

DAMAC Properties has partnered with some of the world’s most talented luxury designers such as Versace and Fendi, to help build some of the most eye-catching interiors for several of its residential and commercial properties.

Hussain Sajwani is a long time business partner of Donald Trump, way before he became POTUS. Together the two have completed the Trump International Golf Club in Dubai, a world-class golf course located in the middle of DAMAC Hills.

The DAMAC owner and Donald Trump hired golf legend Tiger Woods to help design their latest project, the Trump World Golf Course, located on the DAMAC Akoya property in Dubai. The new golf course and its surrounding villas is scheduled to open by the summer of 2018.

In 2016, Hussain Sajwani attended Trump’s New Years Eve party at the Mar-a-Lago resort as well as his presidential inauguration.

The Hussain Sajwani family live in Dubai, UAE and consists of his wife and four children. One of his sons, Ali Sajwani, attended the North Eastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, and received an undergraduate degree in Economics. Learn more about Damac Owner: and

Ali is now the general manager of operations at DAMAC Group, a business conglomerate founded in 1992 by his father. Prior to real estate developing, the DAMAC Owner used to work in finance at Abu Dhabi Gas in 1981.

He graduated from the University of Washington and majored in Economics and Industrial Engineering. He also established a catering business that is still successful to this day. His catering business originally served meals to U.S. military camps and corporate construction campsites. It has since expanded to service a variety of things besides food, mainly for the hospitality industry.
